Here it is … Trumpocalypse, the first volume in our series of C. J. Hopkins’ political satire and commentary, beginning with his essays from 2016 and 2017. We’re all very excited about this new publication, especially our in-house marketing people, who have launched a blitzkrieg of shameless promotion that will cause all our followers to unsubscribe from our blog and send us a series of irate emails demanding that we immediately cease and desist from pointlessly clogging up their in-boxes with our repetitive and annoying ads.
OK … so, you’re probably asking yourself, why would Consent Factory Publishing want to publish a bunch of C. J. Hopkins’ essays that people can read right here on our blog? Well, for one thing, we have no choice in the matter, as, due to some sort of bureaucratic trickery that our legal team has been trying to unravel for years, Hopkins still, technically, owns the Consent Factory, so we have to do whatever he says, although of course we retain complete editorial freedom, you know, like the editors of The Washington Post, which is owned by Jeff Bezos, a CIA contractor.

Plus, the book starts out with a big, fat, juicy introductory essay, The End of Everything, which you can’t read on our blog, or anywhere else for free. We haven’t read it yet, but our 26-year-old literary expert, who possesses an extremely expensive MFA degree from some prestigious university out in the middle of America somewhere, tells us it’s worth the price of the book in itself, which we have made as affordable as we possibly could.
Also, take a look at that cover art. It was designed by Anthony Freda, who is brilliant. That’s worth the price of the book right there. Hell, if you wanted to, you could buy yourself a copy, rip the front cover off, frame it, and stick it up in your apartment. We can’t stop you.
But, seriously now, God knows how long the Atlantic Council, the Department of Homeland Security, and other anti-divisive-content monitors are going to let us keep publishing Hopkins’ essays on the Internet, or when exactly they are planning to deplatform all the disreputable outlets that regularly re-post them. Don’t you want to have hard copies on your bookshelves in advance of that day?
We kind of think you do.
So, go ahead, buy yourself a copy, and get a few more to give away as stocking stuffers this holiday season. And while you’re there, on Amazon, or whichever bookseller’s website you end up buying it from, please help us out and post a reader review. We’re not going to be purchasing any full-page ads in The New York Times or the TLS or flying Hopkins around the world on an all-expenses-paid book tour or anything, so good reviews and word-of-mouth are more or less our entire marketing strategy.
