And so, as 2021 goose-steps toward its fanatical finish, it is time for my traditional year-end wrap-up. It’s “The Year of the Ox” in the Chinese zodiac, but I’m christening it “The Year of the New Normal Fascist.”
And what a phenomenally fascist year it has been!
I’m not talking amateur fascism. I am talking professional Class-A fascism. Government and corporate sanctified fascism. Bug-eyed, spittle-flecked, hate-drunk fascism. I’m talking mobs of New Normal fascists shrieking hatred and threats at “the Unvaccinated” as they are dragged off “Vaccinated Only” trains, painting Nazi-era messages on their windows of their stores, leaders of government fomenting mass hatred, TV commentators literally quoting sadistic Nazi SS doctors, leftists going full-fascist on Facebook, concentration camps, Goebbelsian propaganda, censorship of dissent … the whole nine yards.
Here in Europe, things are particularly fascist. One by one, New Normal countries are rolling out social-segregation systems, ordering “lockdowns” of “the Unvaccinated,” and otherwise persecuting those who refuse to conform to official New Normal ideology. Austria has made “vaccinations” mandatory. Germany is about to follow suit. “Covid passes” have been approved in the UK. Greece is fining “Unvaccinated” pensioners by reducing the amount of their state-pension payments. Swedes are “chipping” themselves. And so on.
In New Normal Germany, “the Unvaccinated” are under de facto house arrest. We are banned from society. We are banned from traveling. We are banned from protesting. Our writings are censored. We’re demonized and dehumanized by the New Normal government, the state and corporate media, and the New Normal masses on a daily basis. New Normal goon squads roam the streets, brutalizing pensioners, raiding barber shops, checking “papers,” measuring social distances, literally, as in with measuring sticks. The Gestapo even arrested Santa Claus for not wearing a mask at a Christmas market. In the schools, fascist New Normal teachers ritually humiliate “Unvaccinated” children, forcing them to stand in front of the class and justify their “Unvaccinated” status, while the “Vaccinated” children and their parents are applauded, like some New Normal version of the Hitler Youth. When New Normal Germany’s new Chancellor, Olaf Scholz, announced that, “for my government there are no more red lines as far as doing what needs to be done,” apparently he wasn’t joking. It’s only a matter of time until he orders New Normal Propaganda Minister Karl Lauterbach to make his big Sportpalast speech, where he will ask the New Normals if they want “total war” … and I think you know the rest of this story.
But this isn’t just a story about New Normal Germany, or New Normal Europe, or New Normal Australia. And it isn’t just a story about mass hysteria, or an “overreaction” to a corona virus. The “New Normal” is a global GloboCap co-production, a multi-trillion-dollar co-production, which has been in development for quite some time, and this year has gone exactly to script.
Given all the drama over the past 12 months, it’s easy to forget that the year began with the occupation of Washington DC by thousands of US (i.e., GloboCap) forces in the wake of the “Terrorist Assault on the Capitol” (a/k/a the “January 6 Insurrection,” or the “Attempted Coup,” or some such nonsense) carried out by a few hundred totally unarmed Donald Trump supporters, who were allegedly intent on “overthrowing the government” and “destroying Democracy” with … well, their bare hands.
This was the long-awaited “Return to Normal” spectacle that had been in the pipeline for the previous four years, the public humiliation of the Unauthorized President (and the “populists” who put him in office) and the GloboCap show of force that followed. Here’s how I described it back in January:
“In other words, GloboCap is teaching us a lesson. I don’t know how much clearer they could make it. They just installed a new puppet president, who can’t even simulate mental acuity, in a locked-down, military-guarded ceremony which no one was allowed to attend, except for a few members of the ruling classes. They got some epigone of Albert Speer to convert the Mall (where the public normally gathers) into a ‘field of flags,’ symbolizing ‘unity.’ They even did the Nazi Lichtdom thing. To hammer the point home, they got Lady Gaga to dress up as a Hunger Games character with a ‘Mockingjay’ brooch and sing the National Anthem. They broadcast this spectacle to the entire world.”
As I assume is obvious to everyone by now, the “Return to Normal” was a “Return to the New Normal,” which the global-capitalist ruling establishment was already imposing on the entire world. The message couldn’t possibly be clearer. As Arnold Schwarzenegger succinctly put it, the message is, “screw your freedom.” The message is, shut up and toe the fucking line. The message is, show me your fucking papers. Use the fucking pronouns. Eat the fucking bugs. Get the fucking “vaccinations.” Do not fucking ask us “how many.” The answer is, “as many as we fucking tell you.”
The message is, there will be no more unauthorized presidents, no more leaving the European Union, no more “populist” rebellions against the global hegemony of global-capitalism and its soul-crushing, valueless “woke” ideology. GloboCap is done playing grab-ass. They announced that back in March of 2020. They informed us in unmistakable terms that our lives were about to change, forever. They branded and advertised this change as “the New Normal,” in case we were … you know, cognitively challenged. They did not hide it. They wanted us to understand exactly what was coming, a global-capitalist version of totalitarianism, in which we will all be happy little fascist “consumers” showing each other our “compliance certificates” in order to be allowed to live our lives.
I don’t need to review the entire year in detail. You remember the highlights … the roll-out of the “safe and effective” miracle “vaccines” that don’t keep you from catching or spreading the virus, and which have killed and injured thousands of people, but which you now have to get every three or four months to be allowed to work or go to a restaurant; the roll-out of the global social-segregation/digital compliance-certificate system that makes absolutely no medical sense, but which the “vaccines” were designed to force us into; The Criminalization of Dissent; The Manufacturing of “Reality”; The Propaganda War; The Covidian Cult; the launch of The Great New Normal Purge; the whole Pathologized Totalitarianism package.
I’d like to end on an optimistic note, because, Jesus, this fascism business is depressing. So I’ll just mention that, as you have probably noticed, more and more people are now “waking up,” or relocating their intestinal fortitude, and finally speaking out against “vaccine” mandates, and “vaccination passes,” and social segregation, and all the rest of the fascist New Normal program. I intend to encourage this “awakening” vociferously. I hope that those — and you know who you are — who have been reporting the facts and opposing the New Normal, and have been ridiculed, demonized, gaslighted, censored, slandered, threatened, and otherwise abused, on a daily basis for 21 months, as our more “prominent” colleagues — and you know who you are — sat by in silence, or took part in the Hate Fest, will join me in applauding and welcoming these “prominent” colleagues to the fight … finally.
Oh, and, if you’re one of those “prominent” colleagues and you start beating your chest and sounding off like you’ve just rediscovered investigative journalism and are now leading the charge against the New Normal for your YouTube viewers or your Substack readers, please understand if we get a little cranky. Speaking for myself, yes, it’s been a bit stressful, doing your job and taking the shit for you out here in the trenches for the past 21 months. Not to mention how it has virtually killed my comedy … and I’m supposed to be a political satirist.
But there I go, getting all “angry” again … whatever. As the doctor said, “buy the ticket, take the ride.” And it’s the season of joy, love, and forgiveness, and publicly crucifying dissidents, and paranoia, and mass hysteria, and persecuting “Unvaccinated” relatives, and, OK, I might have had one too many. Happy holidays to one and all, except, of course, to the New Normal fascists, especially the ones that are torturing the children. God, forgive me, but I hope they fucking choke.

You are so on point CJ Hopkins. It can stop this week if we all end our phone contracts and throw them away. If we all boycott the places that require us to show Covid papers and we all stop using the Tech giant’s platforms, things will change. We need civil disobedience on a grand scale and we need to conjure up the spirit of Ghandi to realise that collectively we have more power. We are the 99%. I refuse to show ‘ papers’ and submit to Nazi style tyranny. Join me. Let’s all remember there is a higher power than the state and we need to live in love and kindness, and realise that those who try to divide us are the ‘dark’ forces. This is a spiritual warfare on our humanity and most of us know it is wrong. Find your love, awaken your heart and have courage. There are worst things than death, loss of your job and material loss. I don’t know whether the photo of “Nazis celebrating” is a photo of Auschwitz staff, but certainly they seem to be having a good time, despite (perhaps) having to return later to their routine duties of running the camp. It’s those routine duties, not the good time, that Hannah Arendt referred to as “the banality of evil”, that is, the commission of evil acts as if they were simply required as part of one’s job, with no awareness of their evil nature.
The photo at the end of CJ’s article is a much better illustration of the banality of evil. It shows a boy being restrained by two nurses (and presumably the boy’s father) while the boy is involuntarily injected with an experimental mRNA concoction which (as we now know) has (and had then) a significant likelihood of killing him or causing lifelong damage to his heart, lungs or other organs. Yet the nurses (presumably with the approval of the boy’s father) are just “doing their job”, not thinking of the possible harm they are inflicting upon the boy. “Just following orders”, as many of the defendants in the 1947 Nuremberg Trials said. Those nurses should also stand trial at Nuremberg 2.0, since they are as guilty of criminal acts as were the day-to-day routine Nazis who ran Auschwitz.

Arendt concluded that the banality of evil results from the failure of human beings to fully experience our common human characteristics thought, will, and judgment and that the exercise and expression of these attributes is the only chance we have to prevent a recurrence of the kind of “terrible evil” perpetrated by the Nazis.

So I stand by what I stated about the guards and aux’s at Auschwitz. The weight of their cruelty is nowhere to be seen in their faces and actions. They act and acted like nothing was out of the ordinary living like ordinary people who who carried out extraordinary abhorrent deeds day in and day out with no more apparent concern than a man delivering milk to a doorstep. Many people couldn’t accept that evil wasn’t a condition necessary to perform unspeakable violence toward your fellow man just a vapid commitment to duty. I agree with your view on the bottom photo to the letter but believe the same consideration also applies even more to the top photo since it is in context and of the people who actually did these deeds.
There will be no Nuremburg 2.0. Who is left to oppose the slaughter as western leaders cower like beaten puppies as they threaten their own people like Macron and Trudeau with a spiteful glee? Never seen the like of it and no amount of peaceful resistance will change anything. If what they are doing is not evil and not banal it have no idea what it is. They address it as if it was a tax increase. We’ve gone past any meaningful and effective words. With Putin and Xi on board there is no existential threat to their plan. An even greater commitment to violence will be required to stop them. Just my thoughts…

Trying comparisons tweex nazis and actual managing of the pandemic is of course natural. But we should remmember that Goebbels compared to these leaders is just a choir boy. Never in the history of mankind have we seen such a global intense and permanent propaganda, such a level of manipulation so perfectly orchestrated, such an intense and thorough censorship even against most proeminent cientists and doctors. You can say there’s always a fist time. Here it is. Resist is the most important word.

CJ. In the spirit of Christmas – when I feel the feelings you so well articulated – I think of Jesus and how the state treated him. He spoke from the cross, “Forgive them for they know not what they do”. Indeed that is my task. People have fear in their minds, a fear of death and a fear of separation. Now they fear their own bodies and ask big Pharma and the techno-state to alter it with their consent and trust.
I need to have Charity to see that they are more than their fear and their ego or I will lose my shit (which I do regularly).

What a year, I am 63 and never have seen the level of coercion and coordination between these so called western democracies.
Amazing that they want a third jab for the wuhan strain that is long gone, if it ever was. If all the governments did absolutely nothing we would all have been much better off.Anyone, vacced or not, can catch it and spread it so how does any vax pass make sense at all?
So the curtain is off, the “rights” we thought we had, we never really had at all. They can take them away for a virus with a 99.76 recovery rate. What will they do to us when they release the “big one” I can hardly guess. Amazing that Germany/Austria/Israel are leading the charge but I guess you forget fast when you can buy shiny Chinese stuff. Australia and New Zealand surprised me to a certain extent. But here in the US there is some hope. In my midwest neck of the woods mask wearing is 15% in the supermarket.
I doubt the people here will go back to masking ever. Also Florida is gaining a record number of business from deep blue states,
But here is the solution they don’t want: The coalition the “brothers” and the rednecks. Only 25% of blacks are vaxxed, probably the same with the guys with the confederate flags on their trucks. If these two groups come together and fight as one we could witness the start of a coalition that the deep state is afraid of. And sorry, C.J. about what is surely A US/CIA program. But hey, the USA is just an old archaic symbol and we have had the davos crowd in charge for some time.

We are a lucky few, my friend! I am in Indiana, haven’t worn a mask since January, and won’t again, and haven’t been bothered, even there are cops in the supermarket I shop at! Even the tellers at the self-checkout never have the mask over their nose, AND GOD BLESS THEM!!! It seems there is no pandemic here, and the stats check out! The ”cases” are through the roof, but the actions are zzziiillllccchhh! NADA! Nothing. Went to the pet store to buy bird food today, and NOTHING!! The poor woman at the checkout had to pull her mask up to “serve” me, but it was sad! She knew I didn’t care, as I didn’t even go in with one! We don’t have a crisis! We don’t have a care in the world, except for the “dictates” from the gubment, downed on the poor businesses! It was sad to see her lift that stupid mask just to process my purchase. She knew I didn’t care, but was obviously pressured by the pathetic business owners to do so. It was so sad, as the rest of us in Indianapolis know this is pure BULLSH!T, by which I mean BS!!
BTW, CJ, Indianapolis is not such a bad place, and would seriously welcome you back to the USA with open arms…..just saying, is all! There is an amazing amount of theater here, that I’m sure would welcome your attributes immediately. Just in case you’re considering a new venue! [Not at all an exaggeration, as this place, though it is a big city and has those problems, is actually more theatrically appreciated than most would expect! – been here only 6 years, and am more impressed than in LA, SF or Boston, which I can compare honestly!]

Funny, I’d say many of my aquaintances who got the double clot shot (including their kids), mostly on very dubious grounds like ‘being able to travel’, go the Theatre etc, are now suddenly up in arms over the booster program. The “pandemic” is a well-orchestrated “psyop” (a psychological operation upon the more gullible members of society — which is most of them), ostensibly a health “crisis” but actually intended to increase (massively) the political power of a small group (in this case, the international bankers) who seek to control the world for their benefit (and because they are power-mad psychopaths).

All very well, but there a most important issue most people have been led to ignore. It’s treatment. There are dozens of cheap and very effective medicines without side effects that heal patients wthin a matter of 2 or 3 days and no need to be hospitalized. I’d like to see much more debate on that since all the obeying media and all authorities have made a total tabu on that for understandable reasons

In the UK its quite interesting at the mo. BoJo, our train wreck PM, desperately wants to be liked while being held over God knows what barrels by GloboCap. He’s walking a tight line between doing as he’s told and trying to keep his name free of the oppression. Unsurprisingly there are now moves to get him out of office. Votes of no confidence, public disapproval, back bench revolts (which was merely Conservatives being conservative) and who knows what else the New Year will bring.
One thing not really being talked about is *who* will replace him. There are full on GloboCap supporters in all areas of the UK Parliament. Sunak is young and politically naive – just as GloboCap likes them. Javid has already revealed his true colours. Truss? Maybe. Depends on what skeletons may be lurking and how prone she is to flattery, etc. Raab? I used to have such hopes.
As for the Opposition, well it would be nice to have one. I guess Socialists will Socialist regardless of who holds the power so their cries of “lock me down harder, Daddy” are to be expected.
I do believe BoJo is, unwittingly, buying us time. Right now that is a precious commodity.

CJ, I love your work, and I admire and respect your principled stand. Take heart.
My US state went basically wide open in May of 2020, and vocal minority of us were incensed that the lockdown lasted that long. In my city, several businesses that insisted on masks were boycotted and either shut down or suddenly experienced a shift of managerial perspective.
As far as I can tell, no one making less than a six figure income is taking the Omigod variant seriously, nationwide. It is beginning to be no longer quite such a matter of political faction, and is instead evolving into a class issue. I hope.
May 2022 see the swift return of the 21st century’s Swift, for I miss the satire more than I miss what passed for normal in 2019.

I started on this video and it is obvious to me that in a country of real men (among whom I wish I could count myself), this Mr. Andrews would have found himself with a few bullets in the head after maybe a month of his megalomania. Perhaps if the public had a bit too much mercy, he would only have been imprisoned for life, a big mistake in my opinion. Locking huge apartment blocks full of families in their houses indefinitely with no warning? Why was everyone not outside fighting the police in hand to hand combat?
How is this psychopath not at least afraid of being soundly repudiated at the polls?
I had this exact experience here in Israel in Mar. 2020, although it was quite a bit milder, and I am simply disillusioned with the current state of human nature, including, sadly my own. We have lost our will to self-preservation against these monsters.

Thanks for this very apt comment. I believe Australian men used to be men, but in the last few decades their formerly masculine qualities have atrophied. And, yes, why were Australian men (or at least their young men) not in the street “fighting the police in hand to hand combat?” Have they *all* become pussies?
The Australians’ first mistake was believing the lie of “14 days to flatten the curve”. Their second was submission to the mask-wearing, “social distancing” and lockdown orders — the latter being in effect house arrest without having committed any crime.

A reasonable estimate is that 5% of men (and women?) are psychopaths (that is, have no conscience). They are not all inclined to be megalomaniac dictators but many can “just follow orders”.
